  • Why am I being selected for a video visit?

    • We want to make sure we are taking great care of you and meeting your healthcare needs, especially given the concerns and demands of the COVID virus.

  • I do not have a phone or laptop/I am not good at using my phone.

    • Seek assistance from a partner, caregiver, children, or grandchildren who can be there with you during your visit and help you with logging on for your appointment.

  • Will I still get reminded about my visit?

    • Yes, you will still get appointment reminder phone calls. To ensure that you will receive the reminders, please update your primary phone number by calling us at 253.881.1844.

  • I see there is a chat feature; can I message my provider for Telemedicine/Virtual Visits?

    • No, your provider cannot receive chat messages. Medical staff may call you to communicate relevant information pertaining to your appointment time.

  • Would you also be able to look at my spouse/child/grandchild’s issue?

    • Since our providers see patients both in the clinic and through telemedicine, all appointments must be scheduled in advanced, thus, providers can only focus on the patient that has the scheduled appointment.

  • Why can’t I just come into the clinic?

    • Patients are welcome to come into the clinic if they want to do so. We are offering video visits as a way to be seen quickly and safely during the COVID outbreak as well as a way to save your time and energy from coming into the office for routine follow-up visits.
